It's VERIZON, marketing. Apparently robo-dialed; if you pick up and say nothing, nothing happens. I e-mailed Verizon support and asked them to please make it stop and they did.

He said he was a custom's agent, Office Damen Miller, and there was a warrant for my arrest from an 8 yr old purchase from an online pharmacy.
